Developer, Technical Representative, Strategic Partner — distinct paths with clear requirements and real upward mobility between them.

ROLE 01 — DEVELOPER

Build and ship software for US clients.

Developers are the engine of every engagement. You'll design, build, and deliver production software for US-based clients alongside our delivery teams — fully remote, with flexible hours that respect your timezone.

Location
Fully remote — anywhere in the world. Async-friendly with 2–3 hours of overlap with US business hours.
Experience
2+ years of professional experience shipping production software. Mid to senior levels available.
Communication
Conversational English (CEFR B2 or higher). You'll write clearly in PRs, docs, and chat with US teammates.
Background
Standard reference checks. No criminal record verification required for this role.
Commitment
Full-time engagements (40 hrs/week). Long-term placements with renewable 6 or 12-month contracts.
Compensation
Competitive USD compensation benchmarked to senior US market rates, paid monthly.
What you'll do
  • Build features end-to-end across modern stacks (TypeScript, React, Node, Python, Go).
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the client team.
  • Write tests, documentation, and clear PR descriptions for every change you ship.
  • Pair with US engineers when needed; otherwise work async with detailed updates.
  • Own quality — from design discussion to production rollout and monitoring.
What we look for
  • Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, debugging.
  • Comfort working in a codebase you didn't write — reading before writing.
  • Self-direction: you can unblock yourself without daily handholding.
  • Honest, low-ego communication in English — written and spoken.
  • GitHub, GitLab, or open-source contributions are a plus.

ROLE 02 — CLIENT-FACING TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE

Lead interviews and standups in the US market.

Technical Representatives are the face of our delivery to US clients. You'll conduct technical interviews, run daily standups, and represent our engineering teams in conversations where every word counts. Native-level English fluency is non-negotiable.

Location
Remote, but with at least 4 hours of overlap with US business hours (ET or PT). LATAM and East-Coast-aligned regions strongly preferred.
Experience
5+ years total — including direct experience interviewing engineers and managing client communication in the US market.
Communication
C1 or higher (CEFR). You should be able to negotiate, push back, joke, and de-escalate in English without effort. No barriers in spoken or written communication with US clients.
Background
Professional reference checks plus verification of prior US client engagements.
Commitment
Full-time. You're the primary point of contact for one or more US client accounts.
Compensation
Senior USD compensation with performance bonuses tied to client retention and successful placements.
What you'll do
  • Conduct end-to-end technical interviews — screening, deep-dives, and final rounds.
  • Run daily standups with US client teams; surface blockers early and clearly.
  • Translate ambiguous client requests into clear, scoped work for the delivery team.
  • Represent the company in client reviews, QBRs, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Coach junior developers on client communication and US workplace norms.
What we look for
  • Native or near-native English (C1+). Accent is fine; clarity and confidence are not optional.
  • Strong technical background — you've shipped software yourself, you don't fake it.
  • Track record of running interview loops and giving calibrated, fair feedback.
  • Calm under pressure — comfortable on camera with senior US stakeholders.
  • Excellent written communication: meeting notes, status reports, escalations.

ROLE 03 — STRATEGIC PARTNER

Profile vendor and trusted bridge to US engagements.

Strategic Partners are the most senior and most trusted layer of the company. You'll act as a profile vendor — sourcing, vetting, and placing engineering talent into US engagements under your name and reputation. This requires a clean employment record fully eligible for US contracts.

Location
US-based or US-eligible jurisdictions only. You must be able to legally invoice and contract with US entities directly.
Experience
Senior, judgment-led role. We weigh verifiable vendor or contractor history with US companies far more than years on a résumé.
Communication
C1+ English. Comfortable negotiating contracts, MSAs, and rate cards with US procurement and legal teams.
Background
Mandatory clean employment background — full verification required, including prior employers, tax compliance, and any necessary work authorization for US engagements. Disqualifying records will not pass intake.
Commitment
Long-term partnership. Ongoing relationship rather than fixed contract — you grow as the network grows.
Compensation
Revenue-share model with margin participation on every placement made under your profile.
What you'll do
  • Serve as the profile-of-record for one or more US client engagements.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates from our internal talent pool.
  • Negotiate rates, contract terms, and SOWs directly with US clients.
  • Maintain compliance: invoicing, tax documentation, and engagement reporting.
  • Build and protect long-term trust with both clients and placed engineers.
What we look for
  • Demonstrably clean employment background, fully eligible for US engagements.
  • Existing relationships or proven ability to open doors with US clients.
  • Deep technical literacy — you can read a résumé and know if it's real.
  • Business and contract fluency: MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, rate negotiation.
  • Discretion. Partners handle sensitive client and candidate information.
